Failure to provide required information or feedback may delay project completion.

3. Payment Terms

 

All design packages, services, and add-ons must be paid in full prior to work commencing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

MooreDecor reserves the right to:
   •    Suspend or delay services for unpaid invoices
   •    Charge late fees on overdue balances where applicable
   •    Retain all design materials and renderings until payment is received in full

 

All sales are non-refundable once design work has begun, due to the personalized nature of our services.

4. Intellectual Property and Design Ownership

All design concepts, renderings, visuals, and related materials created by MooreDecor LLC remain the intellectual property of MooreDecor LLC.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the final design deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Clients may not resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify MooreDecor’s designs without written permission.

Marketing & Portfolio Use

​

MooreDecor may share completed design projects, renderings, or “before and after” visuals on our website, social media, or marketing materials to showcase our work. Client identities, addresses, or other personal details will never be disclosed without consent.

By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and grant MooreDecor LLC permission to use non-identifying visuals from your project for promotional purposes.

5. Product Recommendations and Affiliate Links

 

MooreDecor may include product links through affiliate partnerships (e.g., LTK, Amazon, Wayfair, or other retailers).

Virtual designs are visual and conceptual representations intended to guide your interior styling or renovation.

Actual product colors, materials, lighting, and dimensions may vary from digital renderings due to screen settings, manufacturer changes, or in-person installation conditions. MooreDecor is not liable for such variations or for any damages arising from installation or construction work performed by third parties.

Because our Services are custom-tailored to each client, payments are non-refundable once project work begins.

 

If you need to cancel before design work has started, contact us in writing within 24 hours of payment for potential eligibility for a partial refund at our discretion.

All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MooreDecor does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from design recommendations, product purchases, or installations.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MooreDecor LLC and its owners, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
   •    Use or misuse of the Services

   •    Installation or contractor performance

 

In no event shall MooreDecor’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
